Hey there and Happy Wednesday!
I hope you're having a wonderful week so far!

Today, I have a couple of TGF cards to share that I think will set hearts aflutter!

When I received my Flutter Heart set from The Greeting Farm, I thought it was primarily a Valentine's Day set...boy, was I wrong!

This set is SO versatile and can be used for SO many occasions in SO many different ways....

Given the clean and simple design of this set, I decided to venture outside of my comfort zone and try to make some CAS cards...

Here is what I came up with:

This first one is so simple and requires very few supplies but, it did require A LOT of stamping which I am not used to!  However, I had a BLAST experimenting with stamping and using different inks!

First, I used the "Row of Hearts" stamp (from Flutter Heart) stamping it in 21 different inks (3 shades each of the 7 colours of the rainbow).  Next, I cut the panel down to size (3 1/4"x5 1/2") and matted it with Enchanted Evening cardstock from PTI (3 1/2"x5 1/2").  Then I used Spellbinders Nested Hearts to create a negative diecut in the panel and stitched the two pieces of cardstock together with my Janome Sew Mini.  I stamped the "Love Banner" stamp in four different colours and cut out one pennant in each colour.  I then arranged the banner on a piece of cardstock sewing each pennant on.  I mounted it onto a card base and then popped the rainbow panel up overtop and voila!

Here are the SU! ink colours I used:
Red: Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Poppy Parade
Orange: Cajun Craze, Tangerine Tango, Peach Parfait
Yellow: Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Barely Banana
Green: Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, Certainly Celery
Indigo: Pacific Point, Marina Mist, Bashful Blue
Blue: Not Quite Navy, Blue Bayou, Baja Breeze
Violet: Elegant Eggplant, Concord Crush, Perfect Plum

Here is my second card:

I kept this second card quite simple as well!  The design required less stamping but, it employed the selective stamping technique.  I stamped the images in multiple stages using baby wipes to clean the ink off of the parts of the stamp that I did not wish to ink.

After stamping the panel, I trimmed it to the desired size (2 3/8"x5 1/2") and mounted it to a larger piece of patterned paper (3 1/4"x5 1/2").  I then stitched the cardstock to the patterned paper.  Next, I added some twine, some cute tags which I created with the Flutter Heart stamp set, and a button.  Lastly, I popped the panel up on a card base...See, I told you it was easy!

Here are the ink SU! ink colours that I used:
Clouds: Soft Sky
Rain: Pink Pirouette
Boy: Blue Bayou
Girl & Sentiment Tag: Purely Pomegranate
Grass & Heart Tag: Kiwi Kiss

My third and final card:

Now, this is the simplest card yet and let me tell you....it does NOT get any more CAS for this girl!

I stamped the larger of the two Blush Heart stamps in SU! Poppy Parade and then stamped the sentiment from Flutter Heart overtop in Black Onyx Versafine ink.  I then freehanded a frame with a black Copic Multiliner around the perimeter and added some 2mm Clear Flatback Rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty, and popped that up on a black mat which I mounted to a white 4x4 card base.  There you have it, a QUICK and EASY card!

I have to admit that when I first laid eyes on the Flutter Heart stamp set, I thought of it as a Valentine's Day set but, after doing some brainstorming and getting to play around with this versatile set, I realized I was SO wrong!  I truly had SO much FUN playing around with this FABULOUS set and I CAN'T WAIT to ink it up again!

Anyway, I hope that I managed to brighten your day!
I hope you have an AWESOME week!

You are on fire. All three cards look wonderful. I wish I could use "wilder" paper like the one with the hearts as well as you do.
